We also deeply appreciate everyone who has supported the game, even if you haven't played in a while or simply believed in the concept.
We've been working incredibly hard on this update to address complex hardcoded issues that were almost impossible to solve—but we've done it.
On a more personal note, I’d like to share a bit about our journey as developers. We started the development of this game as a small group of family members. As time went on, we were reduced to just two developers working on this project. Eventually, it became just me, and now the game can't even financially support my work alone. Despite this, I've decided to pour everything into this major update, making the game as stable and polished as possible. I deeply appreciate the community for supporting us through this journey.
Moving forward, I will do my best to fix any game-breaking issues that arise post-update. Thank you all for being part of this journey.
Save System Changes:
We’ve completely reworked the save system. This means that old saves will no longer be compatible with the new update. However, to access your old saves, you can go to Steam, right-click on "Start Over," click Properties, then Betas, and select [old save system]. This will allow you to continue using your old saves while playing on the updated version of the game.

Changes, Fixes, and New Content

Fixed a crafting bug for the picnic table and wooden table.
Fixed a bug where Hostile unarmed NPCs would keep talking after death.
Resolved an issue where the compass would disappear intermittently.
Addressed a bug where the radiation alien would persistently attack after death.
Rectified a pathing bug in the military bunker POI.
Removed a few bugged floating rocks in the Lostland map.
Adjusted build collisions for most decor items.
Implemented improvements to the player movement system.
Added a new random event SOS encounter.
Replaced the screen shake system with a new one and added an option to revert to the old screen shake in the game settings.

Fixed a bug where retrieving ATV and RXR didn't return fuel when over 50% was in.
Fixed a minor targeting bug affecting NPCs.
Market vendors now boast an updated and improved sell list.
You can now sprint and attack using melee weapons and tools.
The Mining Drill will now mine Cobalt as well.
New Features and Content:

Introducing the Pillar a new building part that lets you support floors.
Craft the Aristan worktable at Workbench Tier 1.

New Map Content:
Prepare to embark on thrilling journeys across uncharted territory as we introduce an array of captivating locations for you to explore. In this update, we've added over 15 new Points of Interest (POIs) to the new map, each with its own unique charm and secrets waiting to be uncovered.

To make your survival experience even more enjoyable, we've fine-tuned the MAP system:

Real-Time Player Markers: You can now track your fellow survivors in real time by viewing their markers on the map.

Fixed an ATV bug that prevented the handlebars from moving.
Addressed the bug causing the RXR to have poor handling.
Resolved the issue where NPCs in certain areas dealt 3x damage to the player.
Mining Drill no longer mines oil shales but instead mines sulfur.
Decreased the amount of fuel the RXR burns.
Increased the accuracy of aiming down sights on all weapons.
Improved the RXR unstuck option.
The RXR now carries more weight, providing a more realistic experience.

Added the ability to craft an oil pump in the tier 4 workbench, expanding your resource gathering possibilities.

Fixed the camera bug that occurred when entering and exiting vehicles.
Resolved the issue where players were getting stuck in third-person perspective.
Fixed the bug where filling water flasks and jugs didn't remove the weight from the inventory.
Players will now receive empty batteries after replacing them.
Resolved the bug causing infinite armor durability.
Fixed the bitcoin withdrawing bug.
Adjusted collision for lithium ore.
Changes and Balancing:

Increased the price of bitcoin by 200% for a more immersive economy.
NPCs wielding melee weapons now move faster for a greater challenge.
Significantly decreased the weight of money for better inventory management.

The Shredder now grinds most usable items for valuable resources. Repurpose your inventory and extract maximum value. Recycle weapons, armor, gadgets, and more.

In response to valuable player feedback, we are thrilled to announce the release of Hotfix version 1.4.1. This update primarily focuses on addressing various bugs and issues reported by our passionate community. As an added bonus, we have taken the opportunity to introduce some new features and improvements.
Bug Fixes:

Bunkers were experiencing functionality issues for certain players. We've diligently resolved these problems, ensuring that bunkers now function as intended for all players.
In multiplayer mode, some clients encountered an unfortunate issue where bandits and soldier NPCs would inexplicably become invisible. We've rectified this bug, making them visible and providing a seamless multiplayer experience for everyone.
Destruction effects for stone and metal build parts were not functioning correctly. Fear not, for we have revamped these effects to ensure a satisfying visual experience when destroying structures.
The destruction of plastic boxes was previously unreliable, but no longer! We've addressed this bug, guaranteeing proper destruction effects for plastic boxes.
Lubricating a door hinge would consume all available oil instead of just one unit. We've rectified this oversight, allowing the lubrication of door hinges to consume only a single unit of oil, as originally intended.
Enhancements and New Features:

Elevator Improvement, Elevators have been enhanced to align correctly and can now only be built on foundations and floors, snapping into place for a more streamlined construction experience.
Player feedback regarding the RPG weapon's effectiveness has been taken to heart. As a result, we have significantly increased the RPG weapon damage by an impressive 200%.
The weight of all magazines and ammunition has been reduced by a substantial 50%, lightening the load for all adventurers and ensuring swift and nimble combat encounters.
Makeshift arrows can now be conveniently stacked up to five units, providing a more efficient and organized inventory management experience.
Makeshift traps have been enhanced to hold up to five arrows, allowing players to set up formidable defenses with greater ease and tactical advantage.
Previously, NPCs' dropped loot would persist indefinitely, cluttering the environment. Now, NPCs' dropped loot will automatically despawn after 30 minutes, alleviating clutter and maintaining a pristine game world.
We are pleased to announce the addition of the ability to craft a ceiling lamp in Workbench Tier 2. Illuminate your surroundings and create the perfect ambiance in your shelters with this new crafting option.
Tactical and Climber Backpacks, We've listened to your demands for increased carrying capacity. As a special treat, both the Tactical and Climber Backpacks now boast a 10 kg increase to their maximum weight capacity.
