A fix for a bug reported that resetting your vehicle stopped weapons from working.
Finalized the Street Cleaner Mini game, and fixed a few minor mapping bugs
1 - Fixes to the Racing Mini Game 2 - Added Total Kills in a more obvious position in the intro screens 3 - Changed the driving Damage to effect shields first, and then the damage value. 4 - Tweaked the Flame thrower to have more inherited motion.
Mainly the space Key for the Claw Minigame, and a better description for the Frame Limited toggle
