The Thermal Oscillator now gains damage 20% faster.
Balance tweaks: Bio Slam : (Nerf) Increased the cooldown of zip dash after using Bio Slam. Reverberating Armor : (Buff) Changed the way this technology calculates damage reduction. All in all, it is now significantly better.

Reverberating Armor: (Buff) Adjusted this to provide more protection. It was fairly useless before.
Electronic Bifurcator: (Nerf) This core now has a 0.75x damage multiplier, which also means if used with the Nuclear Discharger, its damage will be -> Base Damage x 0.75 x 0.75.
After watching some people play the game, I quickly realized that this weapon is FAR too powerful, especially when paired with certain other weapon parts.
