Optimized startup loading + generic fixes
Fixed some bugs and dialogue
Things fixed: speeded up walking when there are no enemies; put the choice between "Continue" and "Load game" in the gameover screen; fixed the positioning of some enemies.

I added more intuitive commands in some menus.
