Reduced time for the level browser to search levels, including most notably the random level search
Instrument Blocks that are not connected with a wire now always play regardless of whether they are loaded in chunks (Only affects new levels)
In accordance with new European law, when trying to purchase an item with frisbee coins the amount of money needed to purchase the required amount of frisbee coins is displayed

Added buttons to crash handler window to allow the player to reset their settings or set them to minimal
Trying to publish a level without a name will now show a warning dialog inviting to add a name to the level
When running out of memory, the game will now allow the user to increase the memory limit
When opening a corrupted local save of a level, the game will now allow the user to delete the corrupted copy
Bug fixes

Crashes caused by a lack of disk space are now shown in their own message dialog for Windows
Fixed new level not saving locally after failing to upload it the first time
Fixed copy-pasting a candle making the colors of both candles be linked together
Fixed wrong colors of FinishMenu's XP bar labels when changing biome
