Update 1.1 is here!
Our biggest update so far!
Here’s a few highlights of what is being included in today’s update:
You can now sell weapons you don’t need, allowing you to focus your loadout much more effectively
New in-game hints system
Animated story/intro sequence
Significantly expanded controller support & better controller response
Linux support
Simplified Chinese, Japanese and Korean language support
… and more
This update coincides with Jetboard Joust being launched on Switch and the Atari VCS!
As this update includes a recalibration of controller response you may want to tweak the 'senstivity' setting under the 'controls' menu, particularly if you had previously set this to anything other than the default value.
Attention MacOS Users This update is only compatible with MacOS 10.13 (High Sierra) or later. Full notarized application support for MacOS 10.15 (Catalina) and later is in the works.

Version 1.0.3.5 is now live with a bunch of bugfixes and balancing updates. Thanks for your feedback and please keep it coming! Here's a brief summary...
Tweaked the expense curve on weapon upgrades, they are now a bit cheaper to start with and a bit more expensive later on
Got rid of the 'damage reduction with distance' effect on Pistol and Magnum .45, essentially making these weapons more powerful at full range.
Updated the 'auto upgrade' algorithm to give a more generous loadout when entering the game via teleports (it now allows for two weapons and cash in that first chamber)
Upped the base ammo config on Ion Splitter and Pulse Cannon
Fixed a misconfiguration and bug with the lightning bolt that meant it's damage was scaling too fast early on and it was doing too much damage to multiple enemies
Fixed a nasty bug with the end of game completion sequence
