Adjusted the condition of achievement “Supreme Technology” to “Raise the Tech Level to Rank 7”. If already reached Rank 7 before the update, loading corresponding save files will trigger the achievement.

04-19 Patch Notes
[Stealth Related Adjustments]

Added target selection tips when checking the locations and moving routes of enemy searchlights.
Added item trait “Enemy Detection” to “Scanner” and “Advanced Scanner”. It will increase view range at the start of each turn and can be triggered up to 2 times.
Chapter 4: The Rescue: Items preventing characters from getting exposed are not disabled anymore.
The SP cost of Mendo’s skill “Silencing Strike” is adjusted to 0, and if enemy is not defeated after use, the target will enter “Asleep” status, reducing evasion by 50.
Item “Sonar Scanner” is now available for Item Production in the Preparation Phase of Chapter 2, Act 6: Approach. For save files already unlocked this act, loading to any Preparation Phase or selecting “Restart Battle” during missions will also enable Item Production of the item.
Added new item “Detection Interference Program”, which will reduce all of enemy’s normal visual range to Anti-Stealth Visual Range after use for one turn. This item is limited and can be obtained in certain missions.
Adjusted Chapter 2, Act 9: Hunting Game and Chapter 4: Deep in the Tiger's Den: If player’s units are not exposed before entering the base, then the searchlight routes can be viewed after entering the base.
Adjusted certain terrain that may affect gameplay experience in Chapter 4: Midnight Stratagem.
[Casual Mode Related Adjustments]
In order to create a more relaxing gaming experience for players not very familiar with SLG or SRPG, we’ve made some new adjustments to the “Casual” mode of the game:

Added “Casual²” mode: After selecting “Casual” mode when starting a new game, players will have the option to enable “Casual²” mode. When this mode is selected, players will gain additional healing items “Pill” in every mission. And in battles, allied units will be healed 50% of their Max HP at the start of each turn (excluding certain special missions). Players already started the game can also switch to “Casual²” mode through “Menu - Select Difficulty”.
More experience after finishing missions in the early stage of the game.
More experience after finishing Training Simulations.
Enemy Bosses have 30% less attack, -30 Accuracy and -15 Evasion (excluding Super Mutant Lambda, Reflection of the Progenitor and False Heart).
In the first playthrough, the Level Cap of Team is set to 70.
[Other Adjustments and Optimization]

Adjusted “Standard” mode to allow unlimited manual saves each turn.
Chapter 1, Act 3: Narrow Escape: Now “Autonomous Recon Vehicle” cannot gain access to “Bridge Terminal Passcode”. Prior to the update, doing so will cause the game to stuck.
Chapter 2, Act 9: Hunting Game: After finishing the objectives in the first phase, during the cutscene all deployed Equipment-type Items will be returned to the backpack. Prior to the update, enemies discovering Equipment-type Items could cause errors in the cutscene played after.
Added voice when Tactical Dolls, Beria, Kirill, Lige (in special missions) and some enemy bosses use certain skills.
Adjusted the Carrying Capacity of item “Pill” in backpack to 99.
Optimized the performance when Atena, Jevon and Carl are defeated with Puppet status.
Optimized some art assets.
[Fixes]

Fixed an error where Mendo’s skill “Silencing Strike” could cause incorrect damage.
Fixed an issue where Atena’s trait “Steady” doesn’t stop Ability Decrease caused by enemy trait “Shrike Diffusion”.
Fixed a bug when occasionally dragging the item “Pill” around in Battle Backpack may cause the game to freeze.
Fixed a problem where items “Blood Bullet” and “Soporific Dart” don’t have shooting animation when used by Betty, Abigail, Ruby and Valmet.
Fixed an issue where under certain circumstances players won’t be able to continue playing the game for a while after using “Shockwave Grenade” and blowing enemy units away.

As discussed in previous announcements, it includes Art Book expansion, a new “Movement Confirmation Mode” for Keyboard & Mouse, and fixes addressing various issues that have impacted your gameplay experience. Apr. 12th Patch Notes:
[New Additions]

Art Book has 54 new pages now, to a total of 124 pages.
Added a new “Movement Confirmation Mode” option for Keyboard & Mouse: if “Double-Click” is selected, the movement action will only be performed after double clicking the Left Mouse Button on the target tile.
[Optimizations and Adjustments]

Chapter 4: Midnight Stratagem: It is now allowed to get exposed. The first three Phase Objectives were adjusted to “All Shrike Mitotic Specimens and Lige are either defeated or hypnotized by the Hypnotic Trap”, the Victory Objective in the final phase remains the same.
Chapter 1, Act 3: Narrow Escape: the first phase and Chapter 4: High Ground Setup: the second phase: Items preventing characters from getting exposed are not disabled anymore. Chapter 4: The Rescue will be adjusted in the next update.
Chapter 5, Act 3: Die Another Day: the first phase: After Atena finishing the Phase Objective and reaching the airport control tower, this location won’t have URNC soldiers turning into puppets.
Chapter 3, Act 5: Base Infiltration and Chapter 4: Night Scouting: For controller users the cursor will be hovering over Carl by default when turn starts.
When using preparation menu during battles to enter “Collection - Battle Records”, the viewing story replay function is now disabled. Before the update, this could cause some UI errors.
Starting from the 2nd playthrough, save files of Chapter 5 - Final Act: Wish Fulfilled Preparation Phase can not be inherited anymore. Inheriting the save was causing data error before the update.
Optimized some SFX volume.
Enhanced several textures and art.

Fixed an issue where defeating Blood Cocoon or Blood Cocoon defeating wrapped units will cause the game to freeze.
Fixed an issue that controller users are not able to select certain sentences when viewing voice replay.
Fixed an issue that “Medium Turret” doesn’t consumes AP when using Stealth.
Fixed an issue that occasionally Electric Turret’s attack won’t change enemy unit's behavior mode to “attack”.
Fixed effective range description error in Lige’s skill: Made in Hell.

Fixed an issue that level 4 “Rocket Launcher” doesn’t cause splash damage when destroying “URNC Transporter” in Chapter 3, Act 4: Camouflage.
Starting from the 2nd playthrough, “Advanced Upgrade Blueprint” dropped by β Shrike was missing in Chapter 3, Act 8: Battle of the Peak. It’s now fixed and if you’ve defeated the Boss before, loading the save after this patch will grant the missing blueprint(s).
Fixed an issue where certain achievement are not triggered when after the first playthrough.
Fixed an counting error of achievement “Overtime”.
Fixed Steam achievement description errors of “Deep in the Tiger's Den” and “No Escape”.
Fixed an issue where Confidential Files - Code Name Operation Bakery Report is not counted towards corresponding achievement. After the update, players own this file will have it added to the achievement count.
Fixed SFX issues where Jefuty’s first voice-overs in all of her confession part in Chapter 4 were not played correctly.
Fixed an issue where certain SFX were not adjusted by changing “SETTINGS - Audio and Visual Settings - SFX Volume”.

Fixed the issue where the controller is unusable in the preparation interface under certain circumstances.
Fixed the problem where some controller buttons were displayed as keyboard keys in Chapter 3-1 "Abandoned Amusement Park" and Chapter 3-5 "Base Infiltration".
In Chapter 3-4 "Camouflage", adjusted the terrain of "Supply Crates" so that the "Svarog" heavy tank could not enter.
Fixed the issue where under certain circumstances in Chapter 3-4 "Camouflage", using the "Portable Rocket Launcher" to attack the inactive "Svarog" heavy tank resulted in abnormal damage calculation.
Fixed the problem where under certain circumstances in Chapter 3-7 "Trap", enemy reinforcement units overlapped with existing units on the map.
Fixed an issue in Chapter 4, "Blood Horror", where in some cases, the "Shrike Consciousness" in the third phase would fail to summon illusionary soldiers.
Fixed the issue where in the second and subsequent playthroughs of the game, players couldn't obtain 12 "Airstrike Missiles" at the specified location in Chapter 4 "Dead End."

Today we will be rolling out an update addressing the significant adjustments to the stealth missions, as communicated in our previous developer logs, and fixing various issues that have impacted your gameplay experience. Currently, the update is in its final QA stage and is expected to be released later today. You can find detailed update information and stealth mission adjustments in the patch note below.
Patch Notes:
New Additions:

Added animation skip function: The game's setting intro animation in the beginning and the opening animation when entering Chapter 2 can now be skipped.
Added a failsafe mechanism for "Blood Bullets" data errors. After the update, if you encounter this issue, reloading your last save should fix this issue. The root cause of this issue is still under investigation, and a complete fix will be included in future updates.
Added the "Quick confirm with Controller" option in settings. Enabling this option allows actions like "entering stealth" and "repairing" to be executed without a second confirmation, only available for controllers.
Stealth Mission Optimization:
We conducted the first round of optimization on stealth missions. Most missions now can be completed with direct combat strategies. However, to balance stealth and combat, choosing combat in stealth missions may trigger enemy reinforcements on some maps. Notably, the "Duty Room" in the base functions as originally implemented, dispatching enemy troops upon player unit detection or enemy alert. Please refer to the following for specific adjustments. All adjusted campaign missions can still be completed by stealth.
Chapter 2-6: Struggle for Survival: Adjusted to allow detection, with all enemy units lowered to level 13, and victory conditions unchanged. Also, a hidden shortcut is added at release, go explore!
Chapter 2-9: Hunting Game: Adjusted to allow detection. After players being exposed, the base will receive several enemy reinforcements, with victory conditions changed to all units reaching the designated location in the upper left corner of the map. Note that players lack means to confront the "Svarog" heavy tank on the right at this point in the playthrough. Additionally, the enemy commander's "Office Keycard" can be obtained by defeating them post-update.
Chapter 3-1: Night Crisis: Upgraded the lighting equipment in the amusement park.
Chapter 3-5: Base Infiltration: Adjusted to allow Jefuti and Mendo to be detected. Post-exposure, the base's duty room will receive enemy reinforcements, but Carl and the URNC soldiers in the dormitory area won't join the battle. Phase and victory goals remain unchanged. Carl can divert all guards in the upper area in a special way if Jefuti and Mendo remain unexposed. Moreover, the "Experiment Building Keycard" that Karl needs to search for during the campaign will be located at the specified position at the beginning of the second phase post-update. Correct dialogue is no longer required to obtain it, but an orange column of light will appear at the location after the conversation is completed.
Chapter 4: High Ground Setup: Changed the first phase's goal to "Defeat all enemy units" or "All friendly characters remain unexposed and reach the designated location." Choosing combat will trigger a small wave of enemy reinforcements, while the second phase design remains unchanged.
Chapter 4: Night Scouting: Adjusted to allow Jefuti and Mendo to be detected. Post-exposure, the base's duty room will receive enemy reinforcements, but Carl won't join the battle. Stage and victory goals remain unchanged.
Chapter 4: Secret War: Adjusted to allow detection. Choosing combat will trigger a wave of enemy reinforcements, and the URNC transport truck will no longer appear. Victory conditions remain unchanged.
Chapter 4: The Rescue: Still a mandatory stealth mission, but Carl can divert all stationed units across the map in a special way during the second phase.
Chapter 5-3: Die Another Day: The interior part remains a mandatory stealth mission, but a hidden shortcut has been added.
Please note that these adjustments will require re-entering the campaign post-update to take effect. Playing with save files from the original battles may cause some errors. Additionally, adjusting "Chapter 4: Midnight Stratagem" presents significant challenges, so adjustments to this mission will be updated in the future.
Other Adjustments and Optimizations

Refined the additional objective descriptions in Chapter 3-4, "Camouflage."
Streamlined various controller settings:

Standardized the controls for "Repair" and "Recall" of "Tool" items for controllers.
Limited the visibility of the "Controller Camera Mode" option to controller mode only.
Eliminated redundant options such as "Quick Attack" from the controller settings.

Enhanced the clarity of certain text entries in the Japanese version of "Keyword."
Improved the readability of selected text entries in the English version of "Keyword."
Enhanced several textures and art.
Adjusted the visibility range of map edges for better navigation.
Special Adjustment: Identified an issue in Chapter 4, "Dead End," where incorrect snow texture on a house in the lower-left corner of the map is causing players to spend excessive time searching for collectibles. As a solution, we've chosen to preserve this distinctive terrain and introduced 12 "Airstrike Missiles" in this area. Following the update, players who have unlocked the "Airstrike Missiles" can explore this stage to obtain resources (limited to one use per playthrough).
Fixes:

Resolved an issue where total playtime is incorrectly displayed in save files.
Addressed the problem of the "Autonomous Recon Vehicle" can clear the player team's tripwires with the "Trap Disassembly" skill.
Fixed an inconsistency in Chapter 2-7, "Hell's Paradise," where despite “Lige?” being knocked down by Mendo's "Alert Area" in the first phase, the attack would still inflict damage in the second phase.
Resolved an issue in Chapter 5-3, "Die Another Day," where the target location lacked directional indicator markings.
Addressed a problem where enemy units in Search Mode would occasionally circle around our critically wounded units.
Fixed the inability of "Oryx" and "Melt Bomb" to reduce the armor of "Quarantine Zone Gates" and enemy barrier-type units.
Rectified various performance issues caused by tripwires during specific scenes.
Fixed the "Electric Turret" not able to enter Stealth Mode issue.
Fixed the issue where the replaying the opening animation in "Collection-Battle Records", other background music would still play in the back.
Resolved an issue where game achievement progression couldn't synchronize with Steam in certain cases.
Corrected instances where items and skills targeting "Mechanical" units failed to affect Sugar's "Holographic Doppelgangers."
Fixed an issue where Lige has no breathing animation when in “Mirror Self” outfit.
Addressed difficulties in hearing the exposed warning alert sound clearly in certain scenarios.
Corrected discrepancies between sound effects and visuals when the "Svarog" heavy tank launched missiles during specific map events.
Fixed the reappearance of the UI when taking screenshots using the screenshot key after hiding the UI.
Resolved issues where players could access "Item Ascension," "Item Production," and "Item Synthesis" in Chapter 4, "Blood Horror."
Fixed display inconsistencies in various interfaces.
Corrected errors in some tutorials.
Addressed animation glitches.
Resolved the issue of players in the Thailand region being unable to access the game.
Fixed certain Chinese, Japanese, and English text errors.
