More multiplayer fixes
Players can now stomp and use skills in multiplayer. Currently "bullet time" is disabled, have to figure out how (if ever) it will work in multiplayer... Furthermore bullets now should be more accurate between different players, reducing "false positive" kills. Added skill icons
