- Fix city quest informant missions
- In the army recruitment screen, combine 'Siege' and 'Archer' to 'Ranged' This also exposes some new units for recruitment that were missing before
- Fix green crossbow goblins not showing up in certain overland battles.

- City: Reduce City_Quest_GiveResource_Stone_Quantity so city missions to give stone now ask for less stone
- Cause mid-level enemies to more gradually start to show up in the game, rather than a sudden jump
- Orgasinator: Reduce Campaign_LengthInDays so enemies scale up faster on hard and impossible difficulty, so the player is less likely to fight early-game enemies while having end-game XP and economy
