Players, the issue with items included in DLC packs has been resolved.
Please note that you have to restart the game to receive all items come with the DLC packs.

EOS Players, we are aware of an issue with the items and Soul Gem included in the package. DLC packs and Special Package I, II sold at in-game Cash Shop are supposed to give you numerous items with 5,000 or 10,000 Soul Gem, but currently, only 1,000 Soul Gem is given to the player who has purchased the packs. So please be aware of that before you buy the packs and this issue will be fixed during the next maintenance. (Players who have already purchased the packs will receive all items with Soul Gem as intended during the next maintenance.)
We are working quickly to resolve the issue and will provide an update when we have more information to share.
