Hi ninjas,
As you might notice in the store page, the game story is adapted from real history. In the "Tale of Ninja", all the maps have the actual places in Japan.
From today, I will introduce these places to you. It's also a great chance to share some screenshots in the game with you. Hope you feel interested in these backgrounds. Let me introduce our first map: Arima Onsen.
Nowaday:
Arima Onsen (有馬温泉) is a famous hot spring town within the city limits of Kobe but on the opposite side of Mount Rokko from the city center. The town lies in a natural mountain setting, yet is close enough for Kobe and Osaka residents as a natural and popular day trip or weekend getaway.
In history:
In December 1560, Sogō Kazumasa (a member of Miyoshi clan, fourth son of Miyoshi Motonaga) went to Arima Onsen to recuperate but fell from the horse on the way. After that, his body becomes weak and eventually dies in the next year.
In the game:
Sogō Kazumasa (our first target) has arrived at Arima Onsen. Enjoy this famous hot spring town and find a way to get the target.
