Here is a brief intro to the Hacker Loadout.

The BattlePad Computer allows for system takeover, breach and overload.
Systems that can be compromised include:

• Electrical Grid
• Utility Lines
• Communication Connection
• AI Nodes

In addition the EW-X 'Electro Whip' discharges high voltage to overload an assailant.

The Hacker loadout is a powerful toolset to achieve objectives and cause severe environmental damage.
