It's the new year, and with it comes a big surprise change I promised everyone:
NIGHT MODE!!!
That's right! From the main menu you can now toggle between morning and night by looking at the new button on the top right corner of the main menu sign. Night mode features include:
- Moon and stars
- Moonlit foliage
- Cicadas and crickets
- Fireflies
Here's the best part: Night mode comes with the simulation at no extra charge. No DLC! No fees! I hope you all enjoy it.
What's next?
Two things. First, I'm going to make it so when you reach the end of the river, the simulation will return you to the main menu after a minute. Second, I still have that pesky bug where you can't change configuration settings to chase down.
Remember: If you can't leave the game by looking at the Exit soda can in the cooler, you can always press the Escape key and it will instantly shut the game down.
