Changes :
- You can now play with a gamepad AND the keyboard ! It was a hard one, but many asked for it. We replaced the "Skin" button of the launching menu by a gamepad / gamepad + keyboard option.
- The mouse disappear if a gamepad is plugged and you don't move it for a short time. A fix for lazy people, like me.
- 4 "basic" option slots already configured for the new players. Noob / bomb / bumper / umadbro (you mad bro) sets, the titles should give you a clue. For the players who already have a save, we don't change it to not erase slots you already configured. Noob is a bigger racquet and slower balls, bomb is 2 balls (little trick to add some strategy !), bumper have a slower bomb that slow down after an acceleration and smashes are also slower. The last option set almost everything up (or down, it depends).
- some changes in the descriptions of spells or options to make it easier and not let some text be above another. Description of the game modes is now lower.
- a black background now hides the star background in menus when possible when there is text for an easier reading
- Smash animation visually updated
- Glue appearing / disappearing animation is faster and more fluid
- visually upgraded the ... thing that creates electricity in the goals
- The lootbox now opens faster and is more fluid
- Glue and frozen sound have been reduced while the ball hitting a racquet have been increased.
- The globule will now release the ball if the ball hits something
- A new pause menu system, this should avoid some problems that could happen with the background. New animations too !
- New animations when you change options in the launching menu.
- Animation when you change your spell centralized on the spells.
- Changing the customization of the racquet with a skin will now unequip the skin for a better flow in the customization. To get your skin back, just go back to the skin section. You don't have to validate anything, what you see on your player is what you get ingame.
- Slight increase of the smash area
- optimization on the glue spell
- glue can't be invered anymore if you wait the 2 seconds and let the ball leave without be smashed
Changes in the launching menu :
- Player 1 no longer need to be selected with the skin button to be customized with the mouse
- Player 1 can switch between the menu and the customization directly by pressing X with a gamepad. Note that you can't change your spells with the gamepad if you are not in the customization with player 1.
- Colors always appear for the player 1 to be able to select them directly with the mouse
- RB and LB appear on the buttons only if you can use the gamepad to activate them
- A rectangle now shows you the selected option for the special rules (how points are calculated, type of game and type of ball) for more clarity, especially with the mouse.
- B and X are not anymore on the spells in the hope people will stop press them to change spells.
- Customization interfaces now tells you what you can do depending of the situation like : "press x to enter customization" or "press A to select a color"
- To press Y with a gamepad, R with the keyboard while in the customization will give you a random customized racquet with random colors !
Bugs corrections :
- Arrows don't become pink in menus anymore when you use the pad in the customization
- Fixed a crash in the customization
- Particles no longer appear above the players
- Fixed a bug with the gamepad while switching between the options slots in game options that would reset the options of the slots
- Changing option slots in the launching menu with a gamepad now work as intended.
- You can no longer click on colors when you pick a spell wit the mouse
- Spells now appear in a black rectangle above the colors when you click on them
- Customization arrows now follow the change of the number of players in the launching menu
- 1st spell do not exchange with the 2nd spell anymore between the menu and the game
- multiple other fixes
- multiple minor optimizations
- The Dontpass spell isn't wrote above other text anymore. That's the most important change I think.
- Moved some text that was going over skins slots in the launching menu.
- Solo history mode added ! Play the racquet in an unforgiven world where your enemies are not always the ones you think. Discover the betrayal of the ball and how the racquet lost his wife and son and took the path of revenge. Fight in the arena to reach the one who killed them and become the Lord of the Balls ! Oh April the 1st is over ? Damn it. Dare tell me it would not be awesome !
