In fact, the main bugs fixed. Some small ones will be corrected tomorrow (including chinese font), but now we have a fully working version. Most likely tomorrow we will continue to work on the update and will try to launch it by the end of the week.

2. Fixed: lack of manager icon in rare cases
3. Fixed: 3 windows (layout)
4. Fixed: 6 localization points, including the defeat window
5. Fixed: databases with the three sciences studied at the opening of the Fed
6. Fixed: several errors in the IMF.
