For a limited time, Sp00ktober 2018 has crept into Armajet and comes with tons of tricks and treats for all of our Pilots! We've listened to your feedback and have given many of the features below a deep dive -- you'll see many of these features on a continuous upgrade path (Matchmaking, Armory, Dynamic Store, FTUE and more) as we work towards creating more enjoyable Armajet experiences -- especially for newer recruits! Well then, let's get right into the gory details..!
LIMITED TIME EVENT
Sp00ktober 2018 is official underway with the limited-time release of everyone’s favorite frightful Frag-o-Lantern! From now til November 7th, all Pilots get a chance to throw these explosive treats across maps and hopefully onto enemy flightsuits. And what better reward to give our scariest Pilots than a chance to WIN your own miniature Frag-o-lantern? That’s right! Take home one of three 3D printed Frag-o-Lanterns by fragging people on your live streams and sharing your favorite clips—keep those feelings of sp00kyness all year round!
Bit Bot has hijacked and replaced all Frag Grenade source code and turned them into Frag-o-Lanterns! They are now available as part of your standard issue secondary arsenal. Get practicing on those ’nade tosses!
Streamers, content creators and Pilots that record and share their best clips on Twitter get a chance to win their very own 3D printed miniature Frag-o-Lantern—turn it into a limited edition keychain for year round sp00ks! All submissions will be reviewed by SBM by November 7th. Remember to tag us and use official hashtags #armajet and #fragolantern to be considered in this limited time contest.
The Official Content Creator Google Drive has been updated with Frag-o-Lantern images for your use! Be creative and show us those Clusterlucks!

CROSS-PLATFORM FEATURES
- DYNAMIC STORE has arrived! Users are now able to spend hard-earned Gold and Paragon within the store with all mods equippable!
- ARMORY V2.1 has arrived! Enjoy a smoother transition from Home screen to Armory and Weapon Loadouts (with an expansion into Pilot customization soon!)
- Sp00ktober 2018 Limited Time Frag-o-Lantern is Active! Earn the end of season badge by hitting Top 40 on the leaderboards!
- Matchmaking Valor and Team Shuffling are now active and should rebalance lobbies much better (please continue to give us feedback!)
- Weapon Mod crafting recipes have been adjusted for Weapon Mods 1 thru 5
- Weapon Mod recycling cost and XP Rewards have been increased for Commons, Rare, and Epics
- [MOBILE] Pre-existing thumbstick "deadzone" bugs have been found and remedied
- Various Profile and Leaderboard bugs have been addressed (revolving around Kill counts and clan lengths)
- Static First Time User Experience (FTUE) Tutorials are now available (accessible by tapping '?') for new pilots
- First Time Users are given an easier entry into gameplay and AI combat while under 1100 Valor (plus bots under Level 10 cannot equip Badger and Longclaw)
- Addressed various bugs related to persistent laser sights, the infamous 'chat-stuck' bug
GAMEPLAY BALANCING
- [NERF] Thunderstorm has been tuned down from 9 to 8 DMG / Clip Size down from 25 to 24 (Total Damage of 192 – matching the Blacktusk)
- Users with Invisibility Power-up need to be 'stealthier' as firing and receiving gunshots trigger 2s of visibility–spooky!
- Lag compensation has been further refined to compensate server prediction when firing and when fired upon resulting in smoother shooting and... dying.
WHAT'S IN THE FUTURE
- Armory V2.2 including additional Flightsuit Customizations (exploring Jetpack trails, Flighsuits including Skins)
- Continuous observation of progression system, career progression, crafting and recycling
- Dynamic Store Upgrades (to be even more dynamic!)
- Mobile Button Parity (Exploring HUD V2) and Mobile Controller Support
- Further development of Dynamic Home Screen events tab (for future community-related events)
- Exploring Clan System Upgrades (Clan Rewards)
