Hiló Vikings,
Today, July 27th, marks one whole year of Tribes of Midgard! Here’s to a year of Jötunn-slaying and Saga Boss-vanquishing, and to celebrating you - our community of steadfast Vikings who, since the start of development, have brought us unmatched support. 💙
To mark the occasion, we have a few words to share from our Creative Director and co-founder, Julian Maroda:
The festivities don’t stop here. We’re also so glad to announce that we’ll be holding a special Anniversary Event in-game from August 23rd to September 12th! I wonder what awaits… 👀
Season 3 Coming August 16th
Season 3: Inferno Saga will be releasing on all existing platforms, as well as debuting on both Xbox and Nintendo Switch on August 16th!
We can’t wait for you to see all that we’ve been cooking up. But for the time being, here’s some concept art for one of our new enemies you’ll meet in the new Volcanic Spire biome, the Lavættir:

As you can expect, we can’t wait to welcome all the new Vikings on board for the new Season. The past year, our community has grown to over 2 million players - an absolutely amazing milestone. We’ve also had some honorary (and furry) community members join us along the way…
Not to mention, there’s been so many great creations (you are so skilled!!). Here are just a few:
We encourage you to join our Discord if you have something to share of your own! We’re also currently holding a Discord event to give away some SHiFT codes, so now is a great time to join.
