- Mob trait rampage is now slightly more delayed to give players a chance to react or counter the flurry of attacks.
- The number of swings rampage triggers is now limited by mob level. A level 8 mob will swing three times. A level 40 mob will swing seven times. Seven is the max.
- Reduced Blizzard cast time from 5 to 4.5 seconds.
- MANY spells which previously canceled casting if your target died will now allow you to continue casting. This was particularly adjusted for spells that hit multiple targets. For example, maybe your target died while casting Blizzard, but that's okay! You continue casting and hit the AE targets anyway.
- Changed Centurion Shiloh's trait from bloodlusted to spirit drain.
- Changed Salubrin Haven's quests from 2/4/6/8 to 1/3/5/7. This gives new players more control over what type of mobs they'll face in the early missions.
- Fixed a bug that was causing paralyze to not apply properly by some attacks such as Monk's Palm Strike.
