Capsuleers,
Meeting up, raising a glass, and sharing stories of epic battles and close escapes are integral to the EVE Online community. Luckily, opportunities to undock and Fleet Up in real life are on the horizon for players around the globe! While the world is not entirely out of the woods yet, many pilots are starting to gather in the wild for some out-of-game fun, and we trust that all player gathering organizers are keeping everyone’s safety at the forefront of their minds when planning their events.
Over 50 pilots met last month for the fifth EVE Poland meetup in Wawrzkowizna city. The celebrations and camaraderie lasted for a few days, with activities tailored for pilots of all ages to enjoy their time at the meetup. Those who demonstrated a vast knowledge of EVE Online during their quiz also took a bunch of cool swag back home with them. How cool is that Rifter?!
You can see the list of upcoming events below. If interested, reach out to the organizers and keep track of any updates between now and the planned event date to avoid any surprises!
From the side of the Community team, we want to enhance the experience you create and provide something to make these memorable events more exciting! As part of the ongoing support, we have cool swag and unique in-game SKINs that you can only get by attending one of the officially supported community meetups.
On top of that, we are open to flying CCP developers over (safety measures permitting), arranging online video calls, and discussing other ideas that can help pilots have an even more memorable time at your gathering.
Setting up events for spaceship nerds takes time and shows an admirable level of passion for the EVE Online community. We want to recognize the hard work many player gathering organizers have put in by sending out a little gift to show our gratitude in the form of an exclusive Fleet Up hoodie! Please, wear it proudly <3
Moving forward, as with the EVE Online Partnership Program for content creators, we will provide Omega time and PLEX to the individuals and teams behind EVE Online meetups. These will vary depending on the type of event but share a common objective; to recognize valuable members and contributors to the EVE Online community.
For all player gathering support-related inquiries, please shoot us an email at [email protected] so we can get the conversation started!
