Dear Rustlers!
Thank you all for trying the game now when the game is in Early Access! We have received loads of positive feedback, but also a huge number of bug reports and change requests.
We are sorry for all the issues you encounter. We do our best to fix them all as soon as possible.
in the meantime, if you encounter a bug, please restart the game or reload the save from MAIN MENU. This shall fix most of the issues.
List of changes:
- Early Access notification text removed.
- First fight can now be passed with a stick as a weapon (issue fixed)
- Exploding barrels effect lowered (explosion could cause other issues too)
- Disappearing quest arrows issue fixed.
- Footsteps sounds balanced.
- Bard music range balanced.
- Low stamina does not cause music to mute
- Medieval Martial Arts cage fights rebalanced (added more HP for the opponents)
- Forced Wanted level removed from “High Stakes” quest
- Interlude (“Meat Muffins”) quest has lowered cash requirement (1200)
- All quest cars should now have 2 horses for redundance
We are also working hard to rebalance the difficulty level for more pleasant gameplay on Easy and Normal mode. The list of planned changes includes:
- AI fighters lowering their guard from time to time
- AI fighters being less eager to counterstrike immediately after blocking an attack
- Fewer attempts to jail the player when he jumps on a horse
- Number of attacks lowered for mounted guards
That will come in the next update!
The newest build will be available on OPEN_FRESH_BUILD beta for now. To use that go to
- Game properties in your STEAM library
- Select BETAS
- Select OPEN_FRESH_BUILD from drop down menu
- Wait for Steam to download the update.
This Beta will allow you to get the newest updates before public release.
Please be aware that some new issues might be there - that is why we use a separate beta.
