Dear Time Leapers,
Did you have fun in Arena this week? The new Speed Run system will be here this coming Saturday. Arena and Speed Run will happen alternatively each week. That means, this Arena season is about the end when the first season of Speed Run starts.
You all still have a couple days to fight your way to the top in Arena.
To get prepared for the Speed Run season, let take a look at the most updated rules:
1.New Speed Run Rules
When to start:
New sprint games will become weekly events. Instead of starting after each rewind, players will start on a fixed time each season.
Who will play:
After a player register in a division, the system will automatically match him with other players who pick the same time and have a similar Team Strength.
What to get:
Diamonds, Souls, Hero Medals, Dragonscales, Mana Crystals, and Treasure Maps
Who will win:
Sprint result will be based on the highest level of a player during the season.
2.A New Feature
Players will be asked to pick a camp to join. In the camp, players can get cards to increase stats of their mercenaries. Then, players’ team strength will be increased. That will help them to get to higher levels with a faster speed.
What are the Camps?
There will be a total of 6 camps for players to choose from. Water, fire, wind, earth, light, and dark. Each element represents a camp. Player in a camp of an element can only get cards of that same element.

What are the Cards?
Cards can be defined by a combination of mercenaries, classes, and the element of the camp. Each card can provide 3 skills:
1.Passive skill: If the player owns the mercenary as what he gets on the card, then this mercenary will have his damage, defense, and health enhanced. Can get stacked.
2.Passive skill: The player’s mercenaries of the same class as the card will all have their attack enhanced. Can get stacked.
3.Active skill: Increases all the stats of the mercenaries of the same class as the one on the card for a limit time. No stack.
Ex. Supposed that you join the water camp and get the card of Arnaud the warrior, then there are 3 skills you will get:
1.If you have Arnaud on your team, his attack, defense, and health will be enhanced.
2.All the warriors on your team will get their attack enhanced.
3.If you activate the card, all the warriors you own will have all their stats enhanced for a limit time.
How to get Cards?
To get a good rank in a sprint event, players will want to get as many cards as possible. There are 3 ways players can get cards:
1.When a player joins a camp at the beginning of a sprint, he will get a card of the same element of the camp.
2.Each time a player rewinds, he will get a card of the same element as the camp he is in.
3.Players can win camp games to get cards of the same element as the camp he is in.
How to win a camp game?
Every few hours in a sprint, the system will do a quick comparison for the numbers of players each camp has. In these two situations, a camp will be the winner:
1.There is only 1 player in it.
2.The number of players in this camp is less than the camp with the weaker element.
Ex. Supposed that there are 10 players in the fire camp. The wind camp, which has the weaker element, has 20 players in it. Then, because the fire camp has less players, it will be the winner of the camp game. And players in the fire camp will each get a card of fire element.
Decide the winner camps.
Players can switch to different camps. There will be a cool down between every two switching. Players will need to pick the camp carefully based on the classes and elements of the mercenaries on their teams.
