Added quest that teaches how to gain Tech Level (spoiler: scraping an item with higher tech level :)
Game can now also be saved near jumpgates on neutral or better sectors.
Auto-save will also occur when you dock in a station, not only when you leave, and when you get near jumpgates (still once every 4 minutes).
Aiming crosshair remade to contrast better with both bright and dark sectors
Changed default key for attack drones from 'M' to 'J' (since M is galaxy map)
Reduced collision (bump) damage, specially against heavy objects like stations, asteroids and big ships.
