Game features
- change the menu/teleport to be accessible from left hand button
- change the granularity of gun rotation to 2 degrees
- added head directed joystic locomotion option

- fixed when user could equip secondary weapon when dead
- don't send network message when the user is playing alone
- fix when quit to main menu would not be visible when looking at the minimap
- fixed when whiskers would hook into the space
