Hello!
We’re Matt & Gareth, developers of Radical Relocation.
Thanks to everyone who checked out our recent demo! We’ve enjoyed watching the community play and compete for the fastest times (fastest we’ve seen is 26s for level 8, can you do better?!)
Radical Relocation was born during a 72 hour Ludum Dare game jam competition. The theme was “the more you have, the worse it is”, and the concept of moving furniture on a vehicle was created with this starting point. Seeing all the love from the community really made us want to take the idea further and turn it into a full game that could be enjoyed by everyone.
Development has been tracking nicely. We’ve taken your feedback from the demo and made many improvements. Some other notable recent additions include self-driving AI jet skis and boats, and of course, helicopters!
Today we have an exciting new announcement! We have decided to not release into Early Access, but rather immediately into the full release in Q3 of this year! We feel this lines up better with our development timeline and we’d like to focus more on delivering you the final product. It’s been a very rewarding experience so far and we hope you’ll come along for the ride and join us on this ongoing journey! Hop onboard by wishlisting Radical Relocation on Steam so you don’t miss anything!
Cheers!
Matt & Gareth.
