Hi everyone, we hope you are all staying healthy and safe. We are ecstatic to share that August 23rd is our 2 year anniversary from when the original Commission launched. In celebration of this milestone, we are doing a hefty sale (80% off) from August 20th to September 1st!
We hope everyone can get the chance to play the original commission, as a team it was our first game together and it means so much to us! We'd like to thank the community and everyone who has played the game or helped in any way.
Did you hear? A new iteration of the Commission is coming soon!
The Commission 1920
After the release of the original, we had plenty of ideas on how to improve the game. Strategy games are complex, and it’s not always possible to foresee how every design choice will play out. Seeing all the pieces in motion, and receiving everyone's feedback, we came to the conclusion that the changes we wanted to make went beyond the scope of an ordinary update.
We started with a clean slate, and painstakingly rebuilt every single system from the ground up. Our goal was to reimagine how these systems interacted on a macro level, rather than limit ourselves to minor tweaks. In addition, the Commission 1920 will feature major enhancements to the UI, and plenty of new content.
