Hi everyone!
We have been working hard on bringing you The Commission 1920 and are finally ready to share the game in alpha. We will be opening up an Alpha Playtest event starting July 24th! With alpha testing, we want to make sure we have the time to get everyone’s feedback and get the appropriate time needed to update things. With the current state of the game there are no tutorial features, we highly recommend players who played the original commission or seasoned strategy players.
In other news, over this last month we’ve been getting some questions about the release time for The Commission 1920. We originally were planning for a late summer release but we realized that to deliver a game we are truly proud of we are going need more time.
We want to make it the best game it can be and to do that properly we’ve decided to extend the release date to the end of the year.
We hope with this extra time we can make the Commission the best game it can be and work with the community to make that happen!
That being said…..we’re doing an Open Alpha Playtest starting July 24th! We’d like to open this up for everyone but please keep in mind that there will be no tutorial. We highly recommend players who played the original commission or seasoned strategy players.
Open Alpha Testing
The Open Alpha will start on July 24th, this means we’ll be giving a handful of players an early look at the game to get your feedback and thoughts so far! The event will span roughly two weeks ending on, August 9th.
In order to participate in the event please sign up here! Please keep in mind that there’s only a handful of slots so remember to sign up as soon as possible :)
We will be actively working and talking with the community throughout the event via our Discord. Join us there to chat with us!
By participating in the event you’ll also get a nifty Discord role in the server as well.
We’re super excited to have everyone be able to check out the game and looking forward to hearing what you think!
