Dear Players,
we already released few hotfixes which fixed a lot of in-game and server-side problems. Nevertheless, we are aware that many of you still face smaller or larger problems.
Support service
We just opened a new support desk. Everyone who occurred any problems with game crashed, in-game payments, missing goods is asked to submit a ticket in the website below:
https://professionalfishing.freshdesk.com
This will help to introduce a certain order in accepting applications and we will be able to help you much more efficiently.
If you didn't receive VIP, In-Game Money, items from DLC or your goods are just missing, please fill the ticket on the website.
Thank's to beta testers
Also, we would like to say "THANK YOU" to all people who participated in beta-tests. Due to that, we reward every, single one beta tester. Although in this way we can repay you :)
