Changes in Build 20181122 8b7092:
- Added a leveling system, units can now gain XP and rank up
- Android version released
- Changed Caravel and Steam boat to have ranged attack
- Improved error handling, instead of crashing an error message is displayed when an assertion fails
- Improved AI (settling and planning with flying units)
