The final Veyeral monster ever! This time for real! (Well, the last "common" one anyways)
I am going to update the medal goals in The Towers in a patch within the next few days, I just needed more time to make absolute sure it doesn't mess up save files on accident.

Bug Fixes
- The best time stat for every path in story mode would actually only save your longest/worst time
- Violet did not fire high contrast color bullets as intended while the blackout background option was turned on
