Hello everyone, this is the Ironsight Team
Following this update, in Team Sniper Match, parties may now be split onto different teams according to team balance.
Ironsight’s Matching Pool (The amount of players looking for a match at the same time) is continuing to have difficulties with creating even teams. As matching players with only other players with similar skill levels can increase the waiting time significantly, we often have to match players of different skils together. However this can sometimes cause teams to be out of balance, and along with the existence of parties of significantly high or low skill, can further worsen team balance.
To solve this problem, we have changed the way parties are handled in Team Sniper Match so that the teams can be balanced more equally and the battle can be more enjoyable. Many people have given us their opinions, and we will continue to review feedback and make adjustments as necessary. Following this update, if the results and feedback are positive, it is possible that this system may be implemented into other game modes, allowing for users to matchmake with larger parties.
Server maintenance will take place on Thursday, July 28th.
Please make sure to disconnect from the servers in advance in order to avoid any issues.
