Fixes

• Enchanting panel should refresh correctly with the right number of ingredients when switching from different characters.
• Repair Panel won't accept items that can't be repaired anymore when switching from the different crafting sections with an item on the mouse.
• Updated Teleport Orientation for projectiles when thrown or dropped in a teleport.
• Creatures won't drop unique items a second time when they spawn back in the world.
