Saves that were deleted manually will now not show up when loading a franchise. However, there was a bug when making new franchises after manually deleting saves. This has caused a bug inside the meta save that causes old save files under the same name as new save files to show both. However, this bug is now fixed and can't replicated. However, if you have the bug before this patch you will either need to delete your save folder or ignore the duplicated franchise when viewing the franchise load list.
