New weapon mechanic: Lock-down
Basically, it works like this: every bullet you shoot has a certain chance to immobilize a target for a few seconds. Lock-downed enemies can't move or jump but can fire and use abilities.
New weapon: Shredder
An auto-cannon that shoots in short wide bursts, which makes it best for "knife fights" at an extremely close range. Unlike other automatic weapons, Shredder deals energy damage bypassing all energy barriers.
New weapon: Pulsar
Pulsar (which you might also call "energy Molot") has longer range, reliable speed and works great for suppressing enemies from safer distances.
Rebalance: Kang Dae
- Maximum distance: 1100m → 800m
- Reload time: 14 sec → 6 sec

- Previously Weyland sometimes became invincible at 0 HP. He reconsidered his behaviour and doesn't do that anymore.
