Today, we noticed that some players encountered an issue where they couldn't successfully claim their reward in the "Christmas Carnival Week" raffle event. Our devs has quickly located the root cause of this issue and deployed a patch to fix it.
For players that did not successfully claim their reward during the affected period, we will issue all three rewards you received on the first day of the raffle to you as compensation. At the same time, we decided to extend the Christmas Carnival Week raffle event by one day until January 1, 2019, at 23:59 (Pacific Standard Time). During the event period, players can still receive a Lynn- Christmas style upon successfully claiming 7 daily rewards!
