We noticed that a group of players’ accounts were incorrectly suspended by our Anti-Cheat security measures. After emergent communication with our security team, we determined that those accounts were indeed wrongfully banned. The team has immediately lifted the bans on the wrongfully suspended accounts, and those accounts can now be used normally.
We would like to express our deepest apologies for the inconvenience caused to the affected players, to compensate, we have decided to issue 1000 E-Points to all affected, wrongfully banned players in this incident, the E-Points will be issued within 24 hours.
We will make sure to take this experience as a lesson in our future Anti-Cheat updates and bring a better gaming experience for all players.
