Dear players,
Since Dec. 3rd, we received some feedback from laptop computer users mentioning an issue about having drastically decreased framerate in-game compared to before (for example- 100 FPS dropped to 30 FPS). After locating the initial cause for this issue, we posted an announcement suggesting affected players to re-install the previous driver version to avoid this issue.
Today, the dev team contacted with NVIDIA technicians, and officially confirmed that in Windows 10 RS4, multiple games had this framerate issue occur with the latest NVIDIA graphics card driver (version 417.22, Dec. 3rd) installed. NVIDIA technicians suggests Windows 10 users to update their Windows 10 to the latest version available to avoid this issue.
At the same time, the dev team will continue to pay close attention to this issue and post further announcements when we make new a new progress. Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this, thank you for your patience and support.
