Hi!
After much consideration, Garenburg Woods will have a permanent price reduction to $2.99 USD.
In the end, my goal is to make a game and one I am happy with as well as one that others can play and experience for themselves. A price reduction helps make the game more accessible, and that is something I value more than monetary gain.
The $2.99 price point is also going to be my goal going forwards for many other games I made in the future. Garenburg Penitence: The Riflebird (the next Garenburg game) will follow suite.
To say thanks to anybody who has already purchased Garenburg Woods, you can get a free copy of Garenburg Penitence once it releases and be in the special thanks for the game! To do so, please join our official Discord server and make a ticket in #tickets with a link to your Steam profile.
This change will take place on September 29th, the 1st anniversary of the game release, and please be sure to make the ticket before that date so we can make sure we can get you on the list of people to give the free copy to.
There's going to be other surprises as this month continues to celebrate the first anniversary, so stay tuned for more!
Cheers!
