Now, this is as far as we can go. We decided to establish our settlement here in "LittleArctic Border", it is located between The Dome and us.
The LittleArctic government didn't send out the construction caravans yet. We as the pioneers need to live on our own for now. At least the government handout necessary supplies for us on a weekly basis.

Expedition's Supply
You'll need a lot of supply to survive and create your own settlement(besides the government projects). The LittleArctic government planned to handout these supplies to people in 2 phases.
The first phase: You can get the supply every 3 days this year.
The second phase: You can get the supply every 14 days in the next year and so on.
