I hope everyone's having a fantastic Summer (or Winter, if you're a Southern Hemisphere-er like me)! As you can see, the 8-Bit Adventures 2 crew have been enjoying some time in the sun ahead of release =D
I just wanted to remind everyone that there's only one week left to vote for 8-Bit Adventures 2 on the Square Enix Collective! We've had an incredibly positive response, and lots of requests (particularly for a Nintendo Switch version). So, if you're able, please support the game and make your voice heard!

For anyone that doesn't know about the Collective, it's a curated website (run and maintained by Square Enix) that helps small teams build awareness of their ideas. It's a wonderful opportunity for more exposure, as well as a chance to connect with an audience who loves the same types of games that we do (namely JRPGs). And depending on how positive the response is, there could be more opportunities beyond this as well!
If want to help support 8-Bit Adventures 2, there are two things you can do. First off, as mentioned above, please vote and provide feedback!
Secondly, if you're able, then please share the page on social media. Getting the word out there is always very helpful! One way or another, your support would be sincerely appreciated.
Any support is always appreciated, so thank you very much for taking the time to read this post! Allow me to introduce you to my new pet - Pile o' Slime! He likes to try and eat me :3
I plan to have some more announcements in the near future, so please stay tuned! I always post 8-Bit Adventures 2 news here on Steam (including on the new 8-Bit Adventures 2 Steam Page!), but I also highly recommend following @CriticalGamesAU on Twitter, as that’s the best way I’ve found to keep up-to-date on news!
You can also check out the 8-Bit Adventures 2 Website for more info and screenshots (including our new Dev Blog), or check Facebook at: https://www.facebook.com/CriticalGamesDev
And don't forget the newest addition - the Critical Games Creator Page: https://store.steampowered.com/curator/33038547 Follow that page or wishlist the game to be notified when 8-Bit Adventures 2 is finally released!
And with that, I'm outta here!
