-Fix for enemy shot collisions not being properly rotated when being shot.
-Fix for lock toggle not matching actual settings in Map link screen
-Fix for barrel not killing the player
-Some ladder fixes
-Fix for correct placement of some objects which broken in the fix for some objects deleting objects close to them when being placed
-Fix missing coin sound
-Fix some gui issues.
-Fix for Jetpack being brought to another level
-Added switch settings to any objects which didn't have settings for anything (as this was easy.. will add other things later), so can now make water disappear for a short while etc...
