I've been hard at work getting Roguebreaker fresh for release! You might have noticed this stuff if you've been hanging on the beta branch but here's a partial list of some of the stuff that has been added:
- New music and SFX
- Leaderboard is visible after you beat a level
- Can no longer go slowmo forever, added a cooldown
- New upgrades, like starting with extra balls
- Reworked the ui and polished up fonts across the board
- Fixed the ball getting stuck in the wall
- Unbreakable bricks are no longer unbreakable. Besides living a lie, they now break after a number of hits, giving you no score. No more getting stuck on an infinite loop.
- No longer randomly start on the exact same level every time
- Prettier main menu art
- Now even the backgrounds are animated
- Mouse cursor is constrained to the game board, making the bumper more responsive (hit ESC to show cursor)
- Can now change resolutions and Roguebreaker will remember whether you're fullscreen
- Several new levels to master
- Optimized brick shattering
- New stats to see in the Stats screen
