Hotfix 350:
-fix commuters getting stuck in can't afford cycle at drinks machine when attempting to buy water. Note I am aware of a minor and fairly rare glitch - some commuters may ask for a kiosk when then is one available when trying to buy water/soft drinks. This is because they want a drink machine. I'm looking at fixing this now but wanted to push this fix first.
-updated selection code for 2 cell shops to address rare movement issue
-reserve floor in front of pavement not permanent
-corrected lvl 2 generator description in English
