Hotfix 232:
-To do list does not incorrectly state a goal "Turn on thermal imaging" throughout the campaign. This goal is now correctly stated as "Build X entrances". In case you wondered about that, you need to build and use X entrances per zone to complete it. X starts at 1 in the first zone and reaches 4 in the last zone. You need to reach the footfall target for each entrance. This is visible by right clicking on the entrance. It means each entrance has to be used by 100 people. Closing the entrance resets this value.
