Beta 247:
-Level 2 ticket machines are counted to allow stations to open.
-Commuters should despawn if left standing on rock, track or grass/earth/void. I had a report on commuters escaping boundaries in Build 246. Please submit any stations you see this via usual means to help me fix this.
-Added ticket machine 2 and substation to the tech tree. These were missing from the main update. You will need to start a new campaign to initialise.
