Hello everyone!
Today Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17112 was released to the Insider Fast ring. Although this update fixes several issues, it also causes severe performance issues in Windows Mixed Reality, including SteamVR. If you joined the Insider program (as is necessary for haptic feedback support) we recommend you pause updates for a time and stay on 17110.
To pause updates, open the Settings app. Go to Update & Security, Windows Insider Program, and press “Stop Insider Preview builds”. Then choose “Pause updates for a bit”.
This issue will be fixed in the next build we publish. Apologies for the inconvenience, and thanks to our Insiders for helping provide feedback on the latest Windows builds.
