BUG FIX - Fishing UI was visble in Helicopter and Boat.
BUG FIX - Could no longer place Shipyard on foundations in the water.
BUG FIX - Military Crates dropped by Patrol Guards would not disappear when looted.
BUG FIX - Porc Stew was removed from game but the Trader still had it in its list of inventory items.
CHANGE - Added some of the newer items to the trader and arms dealer list of sellable items.
