Not only is the fleet-footed Sega mascot getting an all-new game this year, but he's also getting a new balloon for the annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. This video features the balloon being takien out for a test drive this past weekend in preparation for the annual Turkey Day festivities. It's a great design that gives viewers the sense that the video game character is actually mid-run. Sonic's always got that smug smile on his face, but this time it's probably because he knows he can eat all the stuffing he wants without packing on the pounds.
