Hello Everyone!
We've identified a few issues with the launch, including games not starting with the correct amount of players or being stuck in loading screens for indefinite periods.
We have identified and are working on these right now, we hope to have an update out for you all within the next few hours.
If you are stuck loading for more than a minute, the best thing you can do right now is to ALT+F4 and try again. We have identified this issue and will have it resolved shortly.
Games that start without 14 players because of an issue with some players not being able to get in, will start - you have to give it a couple of minutes for the backend to match new players into your game. Right now, what we are seeing is people are leaving before this backfill has completed and will thus create a cycle of backfill requests. The best thing to do in this case is to wait until the game populates with players, it will happen within 3-4 minutes of joining a new game.
We have also identified an issue with the ball velocity being much higher than in our internal testing, and we are working on this issue as well.
We will post another update when the fixes are out, thank you for identifying and passing on the feedback. This is a big moment for us and we were expecting some hiccups, we hope you will help us develop the game further and continue to provide valuable feedback.
