- Changed settlement supply to not be cumulative. (Was working as intended if you reloaded the game).

- Fixed an issue with the fine Flintlock and Musket. They were not dealing with shield use correctly.
- Fixed an issue with deleting characters giving diplomacy points.
- Fixed a diplomacy GUI error.
- Fixed a combat error that would occur when the last monster was shot and killed part way through someones action.
- Fixed a settlement threat error.
- Fixed an error that would occur if you traded with a merchant after he left.
