IMPORTANT: Old savegames are compatible but all your warehouse sockets need to be reset.

- Fix transportation system that could get jammed over time
- Building windows now display a scrollbar when they have too much content
- Fix crash with deer spawning logic
- Fix crash when placing a door on monuments under certain conditions
- Fix crash when Bailiff is leaving
